What is Fit-day Chia Pudding?

A well-balanced breakfast, a quick snack and a sweet, guilt-free dessert all in one, but also an easy way to replenish energy and fight off hunger. Chia pudding is the ultimate combination of carefully selected ingredients of natural origin to create a surprisingly creamy and flavourful treat. There are only five ingredients in the mix, including a generous dose of chia seeds, organic coconut milk or dried banana powder.

What can chia seeds do?

Chia seeds are excellent at binding water or other liquids. When they come into contact with it, they increase their volume and form a fine gel – this is what gives the dessert its familiar pudding-like consistency.

All of our production takes place in a small village surrounded by forests near the town of Olomouc, Czechia, where we create the highest quality products with a touch of special care.

Who should choose Chia Pudding?

Chia pudding is perfect for all active individuals, including athletes, who need a long-lasting energy supply and can appreciate the health benefits of chia seeds. The dessert is also suitable for vegans, vegetarians and those who are lactose and gluten intolerant.

Suggested use:

  • high quality breakfast rich in nutrients – we recommend to prepare the pudding the night before
  • delicious snack or dessert
  • sweet refreshment on hot days

TIP: If desired, you can garnish the chia pudding with fresh fruit, nuts or jam. You may also enrich the mix with your favourite superfood.

Ingredients: 35 % rice syrup powder, 30 % chia seeds (Salvia hispanica), coconut milk powder organic, 9 % dried banana powder (banana puree, rice flour), 8 % dried raspberry powder.

Preparation: Add 2 scoops of the mixture (40 g) to 70 ml of water or plant-based milk and stir well. Let chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.

The package contains 20 servings and includes a measuring scoop, which you can also add to your cart separately.
