How to prepare Fit-day cake?
Fit-day Mugcake preparation
In the microwave:
- Put 1 scoop (30 g) of Fit-day mugcake mixture into a medium-sized mug and add 50 ml of water.
- Mix the dough until smooth and place in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds at 900 W.
- When done, flip the cake over on a plate and garnish with your favourite fruit, jam, or honey.
In the oven:
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Put 1 scoop of Fit-day mugcake mixture into a bowl and add 50 ml of water.
- Mix the dough until smooth and pour into a silicone muffin tray.
- Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
- When done, flip the cake over on a plate and garnish with your favourite fruit, jam, or honey.
Fit-day Pancake preparation
- Fill the Fit-day shaker with 80-100 ml of water and add two scoops of pancake mixture.
- Shake until completely dissolved for approximately a minute.
- Pour half a tablespoon of vegetable oil to a pan with a non-stick surface and spread with a paper towel to grease it well.
- Set the pan over medium-high heat until hot.
- Pour the pancake mixture and let it cook on each side for 2-4 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favourite fruit or homemade jam.
