How to prepare Fit-day mugcake?
Craving a moist and fluffy mugcake full of protein, chocolate and freeze-dried fruit? Whether you're planning to prepare the dessert for breakfast or a quick snack during the day, you only need 2 minutes.
Instructions for preparation in the microwave:
- Place 2 full scoops of the mixture (45 g) in a medium mug and add water – 50 ml for the chocolate and vanilla flavour, 40 ml for the chocolate-raspberry flavour.
- Mix until you have a smooth batter and place in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds at 900 W.
- Once removed, flip over onto a plate and garnish with your favourite fruit, jam or honey.
Instructions for preparation in the oven:
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place 2 full scoops of the mixture (45 g) in a bowl and add water – 50 ml for the chocolate and vanilla flavour, 40 ml for the chocolate-raspberry flavour.
- Mix until you have a smooth batter and pour into a silicone muffin pan.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. Turn off the oven, flip over onto a plate and decorate with your favourite fruit, jam or honey.
